A leading healthcare value consultancy is seeking a Senior Health Economist to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in health economics and a passion for influencing healthcare decision-making. The consultancy works with a range of healthcare providers to support product development and commercialisation, improving patient outcomes by providing evidence-based insights that inform healthcare decisions.


What You Will Do:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality health economics projects, including economic modelling (e.g., cost-effectiveness, budget impact) and research techniques (e.g., systematic reviews, meta-analysis).
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and analysts to manage complex projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Develop proposals and contribute to business development efforts to identify new opportunities with international clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering career development and ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Communicate complex scientific material clearly, both written and orally, to diverse audiences.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in applied health economics, preferably in a consultancy or HTA organisation.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics.
  • Hands-on experience with economic modelling, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
  • Strong research skills, with experience in systematic reviews and meta-analysis.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex scientific material to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Creative, solution-driven mindset with a passion for demonstrating healthcare value.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
