The fund is established in nature, with multi-billion AUM and multi jurisdiction coverage across all major hedge fund hubs and newly formed entity in UAE.


True TA seat underpinned by core duties listed below:


  • Sits in front office – on desk with PM’s and is part of front office P&L/budget.
  • Reporting line to PM and COO Front office – not a TA role that is blended with ops and reports to a Head of Ops.
  • Working in the most successful and highest grossing pod for this multi-manager.
  • Training on execution/execution pathway.
  • Trade booking, risk management, P&L and pricing.
  • Pod is ~25 people, ranging from analysts to PM’s
  • Leads further to analyst – ie pre trade market analysis, making investment decisions and putting risk on – that is why role has come out, current incumbent moving internally after 2 years in this role.
  • First round interview with current incumbent in seat – giving accurate and full disclosure on role, remit and said pathway.


Solid Macro product suite is a prerequisite along with hedge fund experience. Sound technical knowledge of P&L, pricing and risk management on positions will also be required.


Knowledge of the markets will also be expected.


Motivation for trading or pre trade/market analysis is welcome and can be fulfilled over time for excellent performance.
