  • Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations including 21 restaurant and lounges and 51 boxes
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellence consistently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, conferences, and special occasions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and elevate service standards
