Our client, a well respected, international law firm, is seeking the assistance of a senior Derivatives Lawyer possessing experience in handling hedging arrangements and ISDA agreements.


The assignment is to start immediately and will run for an initial period of 3 months, with chance for further extension. The assignment has arisen due to a period of absence within the team.


Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a lawyer
  • A wealth of experience as a Derivatives Lawyer
  • Experience in handling hedging arrangements and ISDA agreements
  • Experience gained in leading law firms, or notable in house legal teams
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • The ability to start an assignment immediately or at very short notice


The firm operates a hybrid working policy, with lawyers spending 2 days per week in the office. However, given the urgent nature of this requirement, they may consider someone on a fully remote basis.
