This recently opened casual fine dining restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, offering a unique sharing plates concept inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant features an open kitchen and a cozy, intimate atmosphere, with a capacity of 110 covers and a small private dining room. They are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience and are on the path to earning their first Michelin star.

As a Waiter, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on attentiveness and professionalism

  • Guiding guests through our menu and sharing plates concept, providing recommendations and insights into our Mediterranean cuisine

  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service from our open kitchen

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dining area

  • Upholding the commitment to excellence and contributing to our goal of Michelin star recognition

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous high-end experience in a similar position is essential
