Marketing & Events Manager - Luxury

As the Sales & Marketing Manager at this luxury brand, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the CEO (the “Principal”) to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and business relationships and providing personalised assistance to ensure their satisfaction. Your expertise in fashion, retail and keen understanding of our brand will enable you to showcase our products effectively, driving sales both in-store, online and through private client and business to business interactions. The Employee shall be responsible to provide the best possible service to the brand on the activities below:


1. Brand and Marketing Activations:

o Support the planning and execution of events, trunk shows, and other promotional activities to attract new customers and enhance brand visibility.

o Assist in developing and implementing brand and marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email and digital advertising.

o Collaborate with the Principal to produce visually appealing and on-brand content, including campaigns, editorial, video and promotional materials to engage target audience and drive brand awareness.

o Lead the planning of marketing and social media calendars and execution.

o Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

o Support the management of pr and placement agencies as a first point of contact.

o Work with the digital marketing agency to maximize results of ad campaigns, newsletters and other digital brand building assets.

o Assist with preparation of newsletters and management of the website, keeping the site up to date, with the latest imagery pieces and product descriptions.


2. Private Client and Business-to-Business Management:

o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing private clients.

o Proactively engage with high-value customers, arranging private appointments and exclusive shopping experiences for VIP clients and businesses.

o Assist with outreach to potential retail partners and assist with collection presentations both in person and digital.


3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

o Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Principal.

o Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, converting prospects into loyal customers.

o Participate in events, private sales and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.


4. Business Development:

o Act as a brand ambassador, gathering valuable feedback from the market and clients to improve products and services.

o Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the team.

o Find new opportunities for growth with business-to-business collaborations and retail network expansion.
