Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Setup:
  • Install and configure equipment and systems at customer sites.
  • Perform system tests to ensure proper functionality and integration with existing systems.
Technical Support:
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Assist customers with operational training and usage instructions.
Maintenance and Repair:
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Update and upgrade systems as needed to enhance functionality and efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on system performance and any issues encountered.
Customer Service:

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems or equipment.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical support and training.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles.
  • Familiarity with various tools and testing equipment used in installations.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
