About the role

  • Inspire and lead your team from the front, ensuring our guests have that WOW worthy experience
  • Champion positive environment and deeply care about your team, driving their progression
  • Show pride in ensuring each dish and each drink is served up to spec each and every time as though Tommi made it herself
  • Full accountability for all aspects of the business, from driving great sales to managing your P&L
