The Role

We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to support to the UK Specialty and Multinational Client trading divisions (c£200m revenue combined). The role will support the Finance Director and Head of FP&A to report and analyse results across its UK and International offices, and provide finance support for investments in new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality and timely information, analysis, reporting and interpretation to support effective decision making and performance management.

  • Develop an understanding of the business to provide tailored reporting and analysis to each team.

  • Understand the drivers of business performance, identifying trends, areas of opportunity or remedial action and influence the implementation of initiatives to address these.

  • Support the production of management reporting packs with commentary.

  • Resolve queries with regard to management reporting, helping to ensure the accuracy of reported results.

  • Develop strong working relationships with the wider Finance team, and with key contacts around the Group.

  • Support business units in the setting of annual budgets and mid-year forecasts.

  • Prepare financial models for company acquisitions.

  • Support the improvement of management reporting and analysis.

  • Support senior managers to deliver group objectives.

Professional Qualifications

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified

  • The role will suit a 3 years post qualified individual
