Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and investors
- Analysing and evaluating potential investment prospects
- Conducting thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Providing expert guidance to clients regarding buy-to let options and strategies
- Successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets
Skills required:
- Highly organised, hardworking, ability to multi-task in changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience
- A solid grasp of property investment mathematics, including concepts such as yields, interest cover, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, is crucial for success in this field.
- The capability to cross-sell across various projects and locations, enhancing the potential for business growth and expansion.
- Confident, articulate, and self-motivated.
- Exceptional and demonstrated expertise in sales and effective closing techniques.
- While prior knowledge of the property investment sector is advantageous, it is not obligatory.
- Demonstrating the capacity to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team.
