Are you interested in a role that will allow you to work with our Sales and Trading stakeholders within the respective regional FX businesses to determine appropriate client facing product delivery and work slate prioritization, which will form the input for the global product triage.

You will be part of a product management team that will define the overall delivery milestones that includes the project governance, assumptions, cost estimates, acceptance criteria and resource justification. The regional heads will then work with our Sales and Trading stakeholders on all these aspects and facilitate the acceptance test, training, roll-out, client communications and support handover.

This Product Manager role will report to the Head of Digital Onboarding.

What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are:
  • Outline the business; functional; and operational requirements and associated prioritization for the further enhancement of our client facing FX platforms.
  • Prepare product designs of end state functionality and client facing screens.
  • Partner with technology to oversee the on-time delivery of the agreed work slate.
  • Engage compliance, legal and risk as necessary to ensure design adherence with all local laws and regulation in each jurisdiction.
  • Work with Quality Control to ensure appropriate testing and understanding of product functionality.
  • Ensure appropriate training for Sales and Trading to facilitate an increase in electronic penetration as defined by specific and clear quantitative measures.
  • Ensure related risks are communicated to the wider business, are escalated where necessary, understood and addressed or mitigated.
  • Ensure all aspects of Product delivery are appropriately communicated to the wider business, across the organisation, the management, and clients.
What we will need from you: You will have
  • A comprehensive understanding of FX markets, in the forefront of cutting-edge technology as a driver of change in trading FX and other complex financial products. You will have an understanding of Single Dealer or Multi Dealer electronic trading applications, as well as familiarity with current techniques such as design sprint, agile etc.
  • An understanding of FX and Fixed Income products from pricing through to settlement, and functional experience in cross border payments.
  • Functional experience in product development and process improvement and will be able to demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision making skills.
  • The ability to build effective relationships and leverage a network of partners across Sales, Trading, Technology.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory structure and requirements in a very competitive market. This requires someone who can stay on top of changes, and ensure Citi adheres.
