Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wholesale IRB credit risk models, moving beyond mere audit or review activities.
  • Apply programming skills , in risk model development.
  • Stay informed about local and international financial services regulations to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and a quantitative background in risk management within the banking sector.
  • Engage in additional areas such as ICAAP/ILAAP, risk appetite/limiting, stress testing, capital management, recovery/resolution, strategic planning, and pricing as required.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in management consulting within the financial services or banking industry, with a focus on risk management and credit risk.
  • Hands-on experience with IRB credit risk model development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a quantitative focus, ideally supported by a master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English.
