Join the award-winning Celtic Manor Resort as the Beverage Operations Manager. You will manage Merlins Bar, one of the resort’s iconic destinations and lead the beverage teams across our vibrant resort business, spanning 10 trendy locations, with exciting new venues on the horizon.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
As Beverage Operations Manager you will be a highly skilled professional who has a hands-on approach and an ability to inspire and lead a team. You will need to be guest focused and have a desire to deliver 5-star Service for all of our guests on both a grand and intimate stage.
We are looking for evidence of exceptional beverage experience, with excellent people management skills and a strong character. The ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational challenges are a must in this diverse role.
This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. You will have knowledge of Opera Micros Guest Res Diary, or a similar restaurant reservations system along with experience of working in a 5-star hotel/resort is essential along with leading multiple department managers.
To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player.

As the Beverage Operations Manager at Celtic Manor, you'll oversee all aspects of beverage development and execution across multiple sites, including the renowned Merlins Bar. You’ll be responsible for curating bespoke, high-quality drink menus that reflect the luxury and style of our award-winning resort, ensuring consistency in every pour, and driving innovation to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
