Key Responsibilities:


Support Sales in the Pitch Process:

  • Join early engagement calls to establish rapport with potential clients, showcase technology strengths, and understand their challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth research on clients' businesses and domains.

  • Work with Experience Design to align system architecture with customer experience.
  • Liaise with Technical Team Leads and Software Engineering Managers to finalize implementation details.
  • Provide technical oversight on projects, ensuring your vision is understood and executed, evolving as new details emerge.


Drive Business Innovation:

  • Be part of the Engineering Leadership Team, influencing technology strategies
  • Research and propose new platforms, tools, and techniques.
  • Help define Reference Architectures to address common client challenges.
  • Support and review engineering teams in architecting complex solutions.
  • Promote the agency through events and technical writing, engaging in internal community events and upskilling engineers in consultancy skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.

Your Skills and Expertise:

Technical Expert:

  • Deep understanding of complex enterprise architecture with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Proficient with common eCommerce systems, services, and integration strategies.
  • Experience in designing monolithic and composable eCommerce solutions using MACH principles.
  • Familiar with the MACH Alliance landscape, including CMS, PIM, and related vendors.
  • Skilled in C4 diagramming to describe systems at various levels of detail.
  • Ability to design solutions with limited information, gathering necessary details from clients and resources.
  • Self-driven with a high degree of autonomy, contributing to the company’s technical agenda.

  • Proficient in engaging and inspiring communication across all mediums.
  • Able to instill confidence in clients, showcasing technical authority.
