Grõ Careers has partnered with one of the world’s leading design studios to build a robust in-house Project Management function.


With Senior Leaders now in place, we are recruiting multiple roles in Q1-Q2, from entry to intermediate level with some scope for 1-2 more seniors. These roles are ideal for Architects with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating as a Project Runner / Architect, especially those with exposure to international projects, ready to fully transition into Project Management.

A Day in the Life…


Your day begins with a collaborative session with your PM team, where you dive into refining project resource and expense plans using advanced Project Management Software (training is provided to ensure you’re equipped for every step). Partnering closely with award-winning Project Directors, you play a key role in overseeing prestigious, high-profile projects that span the globe, pushing boundaries and setting new standards in design excellence.


Throughout the day, you’ll manage expenses with the support of a skilled finance team, ensuring accuracy in billing and addressing any discrepancies. Balancing the diverse needs of ambitious global clients, you keep an eye on scope deviations while maintaining adherence to internal protocols set by your Senior PM.


With projects of this magnitude and global impact, risk management becomes a key area for you to cover. You maintain a detailed risk register, identifying financial, design, and reputational risks, and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate them. Your sharp eye for detail and ability to pre-empt issues ensures every project stays on track, delivering award-winning outcomes on an international stage.


As the day draws to a close, you reflect on the incredible journey from Project Architect to Project Manager. You now lead the delivery of complex, internationally acclaimed projects, guiding design progress with precision. Updating timelines and identifying opportunities for additional service fees, you ensure that each milestone is met with innovation and excellence. Your dedication transforms ambitious ideas into global landmarks.
