About The Company

  • The company provides an outsourced lead generation service with a multi-channel approach
  • Founded in 2020 our client has already been able to create strong client base and is seeing 22% month on month revenue growth
  • Looking to add 50% of current headcount by the end of 2024.


About the Role

  • Creating appointments through multi-channel outreach from marketing campaigns and networking events through to classic new business calls to warm leads.
  • You will be responsible for engaging with a range of companies across multiple sectors – no 2 days will be the same
  • Working alongside a Campaign Manager as well as other SDR’s to achieve desired results on each project.
  • Dealing with key decision makers such as CEO’s, Head of People as well as business owners.


About the Candidate

  • Minimum of 1 years experience generating new business through cold outreach.
  • Fantastic communication skills – both in person and over the phone
  • Strong desire to progress within the company
  • Ability to be able to work towards weekly and monthly targets
