This family friendly law firm are keen to secure a commercial property solicitor to head this team, you will be experienced circa 7 years post qualification, carry a fee-earning caseload of commercial property matters from day one and provide supervision to the junior members in the department.

What will you do?

  • Acting for a range of clients and managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
  • Drafting a range of leases, sales and purchase, restructuring and M&A
  • Note this role is not heavy with BD as the client and internal referrals are very established
