Responsibilities and Duties:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in identity and access management, coupled with excellent program management skills to lead and execute complex IAM projects.
Required Skills
Technical Expertise in IAM:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) IAM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, including configuration and management of Azure Active Directory, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
- Understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.
Program Management Skills:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IAM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong skills in risk management, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
Leadership and Communication:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to executive management.
Technical Management Knowledge:
- Familiarity with integration and deployment of IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience with API management, custom connector development, and IAM system integrations.
- Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance related to identity management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to mitigate project risks.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in SailPoint and/or Microsoft Entra ID are highly desirable.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a program management role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of IAM projects using SailPoint ISC IAM and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the successful integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive management
