As they continue to grow and evolve, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in business transformation and acquisition integration to drive the successful execution of transformative initiatives, including post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring that their company remains agile, efficient, and positioned for continued success.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Overseeing and executing business transformation projects, including post-acquisition integration where you will lead a cross-functional team to align business operations, systems, and cultures, ensuring smooth transitions and maximising value creation
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to drive business transformation efforts across the organisation, focusing on process optimisation, system enhancements, and organisational change
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners, to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organisational structures, ensuring that changes are sustainable and deliver long-term benefits
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively to minimise disruptions to the business
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of transformation and integration projects. Regularly report on project performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management practices, tools, and methodologies


The ideal candidate will likely possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes:


  • Familiarity with the software industry and related technologies is highly desirable, as is a proven track record in managing complex projects within software or technology-driven environments, demonstrating a strong ability to lead change, integrate acquired entities, and drive continuous improvement
  • In-depth understanding of business transformation methodologies, acquisition integration processes, and change management principles
  • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges
