Responsibilities:


1. Valuation Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive valuation analyses using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), precedent transactions, and other relevant approaches.

- Perform in-depth financial modeling to assess the value of target companies and assets, considering factors such as growth prospects, industry dynamics, and market conditions.

- Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations summarizing key findings, assumptions, and conclusions for internal and external stakeholders.


2. Due Diligence Support:

- Collaborate closely with the M&A deal team to assess the financial and strategic implications of potential transactions.

- Assist in conducting financial due diligence, reviewing target company financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents to identify risks and opportunities.

3. Client Advisory:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in financial valuation, with a focus on M&A transactions.

- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques, with expertise in Excel and valuation software.
