Job Title: Master Data Analyst

Job Description:

  • The Master Data Analyst will keep product data accurate and organized, create rules for managing this data, and set up reports to track data quality.
  • They'll work with the IT team to get data from the system, help set up a new data management tool, and ensure all product information is consistent.
  • They will also support the planning manager with important data tasks

Key Responsibilities & Actions:

  • Provide reporting on Product Data KPIs: Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness.
  • Liaise with Data owners to maintain product database, implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality. Working in collaboration with: Commercial, NPD, Newness/Gifting, Portfolio, Supply & Production Planning Teams.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes, and standards.
  • Work alongside IT System team to improve efficiency of data management, maintenance, systems and reporting.
  • Work alongside Sku Creation to ensure data is input correctly and in full, investigate route cause of data errors.
  • Currently, master data management is done using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365- The company is looking to implement a PIM system in the future.
