Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an exceptional Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join their innovative team. As a trusted recruitment partner, we are assisting them in finding the perfect candidate who can bring extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions within a cloud-focused technology environment.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with our client's team to understand IAM requirements and develop customised solutions
  • Designing and implementing robust IAM strategies, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices
  • Configuring and integrating IAM solutions within the Azure environment
  • Conducting IAM assessments, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining IAM frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC)
  • Implementing single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2)
  • Providing technical guidance and support to our client's development and operations teams
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Delivering training and knowledge transfer to our client's teams and their customers


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with a strong focus on cloud technologies
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IAM services
  • Expertise in implementing and configuring IAM solutions such as Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD / Entra,
  • Knowledge of identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security - Specialty) are a plus
