We work exclusively across the Middle East and mainland Europe. We are lucky to count some of the world’s most prestigious 5* luxury properties as our dear clients, and have been growing consistently year-on-year since being founded in 2019.


We are now seeking to grow our team with the recruitment of a Recruitment Delivery Consultant.


The successful candidate will be given a portfolio of clients and jobs to work on. Some key responsibilities are as follows:


  • Using LinkedIn, our in-house CRM and referrals / recommendations to source candidates for designated senior roles
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process up to and including their start-date
  • Maintaining accurate reports and updates on our CRM system
  • Managing client relationships and networking at a senior-level


In this role we are not looking for you to generate new business, rather you shall be provided with high-quality, actively recruiting clients where your key task will be to fill jobs


We are looking for someone who has 1-2 years’ sales / recruitment experience ideally in the luxury / hotel / hospitality sectors, or who is taking their 1st step on the recruitment ladder.


Alternatively you could have started your career in the luxury hotel industry and have a desire to transition into a talent sourcing role.


In return new shall provide a competitive basic along with the opportunity for unlimited commission. Realistic 1st year OTE is around the £45,000 mark.


There may also be the opportunity for some international travel as and when required.
