We're partnering a global manufacturing organisation in their search for a HR Director to report directly to the Managing Director.


This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and delivering a robust HR strategy to support the company’s ambitious growth plans. The HR Director will ensure the business attracts and retains top talent, promotes employee development, and maintains compliance with employment laws and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR Strategy & Development - Design and implement HR initiatives to align with the overall business plan and foster an engaged, high-performing workforce.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations - Champion a positive workplace culture, provide guidance on employee issues, and conduct exit interviews to inform continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management - Ensure performance evaluations, training programs, and development plans are effectively implemented and managed.
  • Compliance & Policies - In collaboration with the Head of Legal, ensure policies are up-to-date with UK employment law and manage employee documentation.
  • Training & Development - Identify training needs and support career progression initiatives for staff at all levels.
  • Compensation & Benefits - Benchmark and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive.
  • Health & Safety - Promote and maintain a safe working environment through compliance and training.


This will suit an experienced international HR Director eager to drive meaningful change in a scaling organisation undergoing transformative growth.
