Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Development Ltd. - as our EPC Director (m/f/d)

- Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the EG´s operational and project-specific needs.

- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships in terms of OEM´s and EPC´s to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability.

- Contract Negotiation: Co-lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring maximum price and value optimisation in line with EG commercial metrics.

- Cost Management: Monitor and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial accountability.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, ensuring continuity and reliability.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs for the procurement department, driving continuous improvement.

- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements set out by EG´s legal team.

- Teamwork: Lead and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Liaising with relevant managers across the business and be an enabler of improved investment cases for EG.

- Sustainability: Implementing and promoting sustainable procurement practices, such as sourcing materials or engaging in circular economy principles.

- Innovation and Technology: Staying updated on the latest technologies and trends in renewable energy to continuously improve procurement processes and solutions.

- Special projects: undertaking ad hoc strategic projects to further the performance of the EG.

- Operations support: provide tactical support across our geographies as needed.

Degree educated within engineering or equivalent experience.

Extensive experience and a proven track record as a Senior EPC professional within an international renewable asset development company (preference for Solar & BESS).

Exceptional negotiation skills with attention to detail and ability to drive best business outcomes.

Adept at contract review and term sheet analysis.

Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills, comfortable operating within senior leadership groups.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to nurture lasting relationships.

Adaptable, problem-solver with a creative mindset when navigating complex contract negotiations.
