Overseeing a team of electrical engineers working on Fire Alarm systems, aovs and emergency lighting systems. This would be to work on frameworks with social housing clients in the Kent and Sussex areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the SLT to devise and present a comprehensive commercial strategy highlighting future opportunities and market trends in the electrical sector.
- Objective Coordination: Work objectively to align business expectations with strategic objectives, ensuring coherence in approach and execution.
- Strategic Business Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of current opportunities within the existing and developing client/customer base, identifying avenues for expansion and growth.
- Overall Objective and Ownership: Have overall objective and ownership of works from inquiry to cash, including process.
- Colleague Upskilling and Knowledge Transfer: Take an active role in mentoring and upskilling both existing and new employees, including apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the electrical team.
- Client-Centric Approach: Maintain a high level of professionalism and diligence in all interactions, prioritizing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Relationship Building and Profitable Business: Identify and build relationships with key partners, win and deliver profitable business, and gain significant market share.
