We are looking for the Product Manager of an agile development team which is responsible for the core engine of our Live Odds Services. This is a key role where you will be interacting daily with an international development team, sports traders and company-wide stakeholders. You will be responsible for the product vision, specification and prioritisation of new and existing product features for our Live Odds product. Your strategic decisions will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we provide the most competitive Live Odds product on the market for all sports fans worldwide.


THE CHALLENGE:

  • Collaborate closely with betting & gaming customers, partners, and our internal sales, trading, data science, quants, and product and technology teams to develop a detailed understanding of the capabilities required to deliver first-class product experiences for sporting events, increasing fan engagement and business value.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of our betting products, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive innovation and growth.
  • Create and prioritise features in the product backlog working day to day within an agile technology team.
  • Carry out market assessments, create strategic product roadmaps, and revenue models as well as coordinate product design conversations.
  • Conduct user interviews and understand user requirements in depth
  • Drive our content enhancement initiatives, increasing engagement among bettors and maximising profits for bookmakers.
  • Define and track feature and product success metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver unparalleled product solutions


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving product innovation and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Experience conducting user research and gathering customer insight to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to empathise with users, validate pain points a product feature will address
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing product backlogs, prioritising features, and facilitating sprint planning sessions.
  • Be capable of building authentic and trustworthy connections with all stakeholders
  • A strong interest in sports and an understanding of the mechanics of betting markets.
