Urgent Relief Chef Needed

Location: Local Bar

Position: Relief Chef CDP/Sous level

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay: £negotiable

Job Description: We are urgently seeking a skilled and passionate Relief Chef to join our team for an 8-week period. You will be responsible for running our kitchen and preparing a variety of delicious dishes including pizzas, burgers, pasta, and salads.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Prepare and cook a diverse menu of pizzas, burgers, pasta, and salads.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
  • Immediate availability.
