As the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Owner of Cullen Packaging, you will provide comprehensive support to one of the industry’s leading figures in sustainable packaging. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion and exceptional organisational skills to manage the dynamic and often international operations of the executive office.


Key Responsibilities:


Dynamic Schedule Management: Effectively manage and maintain the CEO’s complex schedule, including international commitments, meetings, video calls across different time zones and travel schedules.


Travel Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of international travel, including visas, itineraries, logistics, accommodation and transport arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient trips.


Confidentiality and Communication: Handle sensitive information and communications with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.


Document Management: Prepare and manage reports, presentations, memos, invoices, emails, expenses and other documents.


Minute Taking: Attend meetings and take comprehensive minutes to ensure all information is accurately captured and actioned.


Internal Coordination: Facilitate effective communication by organising information dissemination and scheduling presentations within the company.


Personal Commitments: Oversee the personal commitments of the CEO, including engagements and travel, ensuring these do not conflict with professional responsibilities.


Social Media Management: Oversee the CEO’s social media interactions, particularly on LinkedIn to enhance community engagement and maintain a positive public image.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, particularly in roles requiring the management of extensive international travel and complex scheduling.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new software.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with confidentiality and tact.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
