Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the key point of contact for all Compliance matters;
  • Provide Compliance advice on issues and risks, including development of new products, business and/or operating models and functional processes;
  • Support in reporting to the various relevant governance committees;
  • When required, represent Compliance in Business and key Governance Committees;
  • Assist senior leaders, as required, with any FCA and/or other regulatory body interactions;
  • Carry out periodic risk assessments for allocated Business Area(s);
  • Liaise with other compliance areas, acting as the ‘bridge’ between these and the business;
  • Maintain awareness of key regulatory changes and support the impacted areas through design and implementation.


Skills and Experience:


  • Proven broad Compliance experience within a Lloyd’s Syndicate/ MGA and/or Reinsurer.
