Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
  • Contribute to the architectural decisions and overall technical strategy.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
  • Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java.
  • Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
