  • Experience with various EDA tools
  • Has worked on Spyglass-Lint.
  • Knowledgeable on TestMAX ATPG and TestMAX DFT
  • Knowledgeable on test automation scripts
  • Knowledgeable on JTAG, I2C, I3C

Desirable to have

  • Strong IC design and verification skills and relevant knowledge
