Role Overview:

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between homeowners, contractors, and project teams. Your mission? To ensure seamless execution of retrofit projects while adhering to the PAS 2035 standard. You’ll be at the forefront of the green revolution, making a tangible impact on our environment and people’s lives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

o Manage end-to-end retrofit projects, from inception to handover.

o Collaborate with contractors, surveyors, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation.

o Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and any adjustments.


2. Risk Management:

o Identify and assess technical and process risks associated with domestic retrofit projects.

o Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.

o Prioritize resident and homeowner interests throughout the process.


3. Compliance Champion:

o Ensure compliance with procurement, specifications, and delivery of measures.

o Navigate the complexities of PAS 2035, guiding decision-making.

o Protect homeowners’ interests from survey to handover.


Qualifications and Skills:

• PAS 2035 Certification: Essential for this role.

• Experience in project coordination or risk management.

• Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

• Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency.
