As a growing and dynamic practice, they are seeking an ambitious individual with a foundational knowledge of financial planning, who is eager to progress into a Trainee Paraplanner role, with the potential to advance into a Trainee Advisor position.

This well-established firm is committed to fostering talent from within and offers an exceptional development pathway, including full exam support up to Level 6 (Chartered) status, comprehensive training, client-facing experience, and dedicated mentoring. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone passionate about building a long-term career as a Financial Advisor.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Onboarding new clients and support in servicing existing clients
  • Supporting a financial advisor in client meetings
  • Sending out letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Working closely with the other administrators, paraplanners and advisers
  • General administration duties such as email management

The ideal candidate will have an IFA admin background; however, our client will consider someone from a bank or restricted advice background. A desire to complete their level 4 with the CII and progress into a trainee pp or advisor role, eventually becoming Chartered.
