Role and Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of all property management.
  • Provide direct communication with tenants for access and ensure follow ups are carried out.
  • Respond directly to property-related issues as they arise.
  • A good understanding of property maintenance and overseeing in house contractors, as well as third party contractors. Ensuring all contractors are followed up and jobs successfully concluded.
  • Dealing with ad hoc problems and unforeseeable situations and refer to head of department if required or an escalation needed.
  • Logging and management of all maintenance issues and arrange repairs & services accordingly.
  • Scheduling all works/services and other matters that are required to be carried out.
  • Liaising with accounts over payments and receipts.
  • Creation of purchase orders and ensuring all invoices ae approved and signed before being taken to accounts.
  • Control of all administration/filing both paper or electronic as applicable.
  • Responsible for maintaining health and safety records and ensuring all documents and certification are filed.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Service Charge Budget – getting involved in the preparation and providing figures when requested.
  • To generate summaries and reports for the dept head as requested.
  • To keep logs of all pending/statutory works.
  • Create schedules and trackers to ensure logs are up to date and works carried out.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • To assist the head of department as required.
