Restaurant Manager – Luxury Resort in Achnasheen

Position: Restaurant Manager (with growth to Food & Beverage Manager)

Location: Achnasheen, Scotland

Salary: £40K basic + £4-5K service charge

Accommodation: Staff accommodation available


As the Restaurant Manager, you will initially manage our award-winning restaurant, with the opportunity to transition into the F&B Manager role. This growth role will involve overseeing all dining operations across the resort, providing an unforgettable 5-star experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring impeccable guest experiences.
  • Develop leadership skills as you grow into overseeing the full F&B department.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team to maintain 5-star service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and service quality.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the desire to grow into an F&B Manager role.
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering top-tier service.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
