In this role, you will work closely with both the regional Group Procurement and global Third Party Risk teams, focusing on a variety of tasks including standard business functions, EMEA-specific responsibilities, and global initiatives. As the primary contact for regional stakeholders, you will offer guidance on supplier governance, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain the integrity of supplier data within the Third Party Risk Management system. Additionally, you will provide training on best practices for third party governance, support key project deliveries, and seek opportunities for innovation. Your responsibilities also include updating and analysing information for critical supplier governance forums and reports.

  • Experience working in a third party risk / supplier governance function
  • Strong self-motivated multi-tasker who can prioritise competing tasks and stakeholders
  • Experience in providing stakeholders with specialist advice and monitoring its execution
  • Ability to work independently in a fast adapting and agile work environment
  • Proactive and deliverable focused, with a dedication to delivering against hard deadlines
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong data analytical capabilities
  • Understanding of the key outsourcing regulatory requirements in EMEA (desirable)
