We prioritize continuity of care and ensure that visits are never rushed, with a minimum visit time of one hour.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter in the company's Chichester office. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting potential Care Professionals to join the team. They will conduct interviews, manage candidate relationships, and ensure that the highest standards of recruitment are maintained. The Recruiter will also collaborate with the management team to develop recruitment strategies and participate in community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in proactive recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in the care industry, preferably home care / domiciliary care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is essential

We’re looking for a motivated individual with the drive and passion to attract & recruit fantastic Care Assistants who want to deliver the highest standards of care.
This is a varied, challenging but highly rewarding role where you have the autonomy to define recruitment strategies using a variety of different sources with the focus on quality rather than quantity. Experience of online marketing and targeted enquiry generation is essential. But you'll also be comfortable with developing community relationships face to face.
To be successful, you will be able to drive candidate enquiries and engagement, and be confident in building strong relationships in the local community. You will be self-motivated, organised and resilient and have excellent communication skills.
You will also need to be flexible in order to deliver a responsive recruitment service - this is not your standard 9 to 5 recruitment role.
