Main Responsibilities:
- Documentation of Agreements: Draft and send brokerage agreements to clients while maintaining a comprehensive repository of agreements for all E&C EMEA brands.
- Rate Management: Ensure that any rate changes are accurately reflected in downstream systems to generate invoices correctly by efficiently coordinating with the brokerage management team.
- System Updates: Update internal systems with missing or conflicting rates to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Client Relations: Liaise directly with clients, building strong relationships and identifying issues promptly to provide effective resolutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between Brokers, Operations, and Client Service teams to ensure the timely and compliant onboarding of clients.
