We are a leading marketing agency based in Guildford, working with a mixture of B2B and B2C clients across various industries. We are looking for an SEO specialist to join our growing team.


As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and maximize conversion rates.


You will work closely with our development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website structure, content, and design. You will conduct keyword research, analyze website data, and provide recommendations to enhance on-page and off-page optimization efforts.


The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO principles, latest industry trends, and proven experience in successfully executing SEO initiatives. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail.


This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the success of our clients' online presence. If you are a proactive and results-driven SEO Specialist looking to thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting keyword research and analysis
  • On-page and off-page SEO optimization
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies
  • Monitoring and reporting on website performance
  • Strong experience of SEO strategies and best practice, including technical SEO and PPC
  • Content marketing experience
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices


Requirements:

  • 2/3 years + proven experience as an SEO specialist
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques
  • Experience with link-building PR
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license as public transport is difficult in the area
