West Midlands (2 days in office a week - Monday and Tuesday)



We are working with a very well established Consumer Goods Brand with global presence to help them find their next Superstar Amazon Account Manager.


This role will report into and support the Head of Ecommere with the Amazon account stragegy, relationship and day to activity - and will have an incredible opportunity to have a real stamp on the business and how it approaches the Amazon Ecosystem and looks to achieve great things on the platform and with Amazon.


The Amazon Account Manager will


  • Develop and implement the Amazon Account Strategy alongside the Head of Ecommerce
  • Oversee all Amazon operations, product updates, promotions, and customer service.
  • Manage relationships with Amazon on day to day level and long term strategic level.
  • Plan and execute a promotional calendar, aligning with key events in the Amazon calendar including Prime day(s) and Black Friday, Cyber Monday.
  • Lead inventory planning and forecasting to ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with different business units to ensure optimal business strategy and cohesive communication across all channels - digital or otherwise
  • Work closely with operations leaders to optimise consumer experience.
  • Be passionate about the Amazon Ecosystem and come to the business with plans, ideas and views to constantly improve and evolve their Amazon business.


Essential Skills

  • Amazon Vendor Central/ 1P experience is essential - AVN experience preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen, numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, analytics, and content management systems.
  • Able to commute to Worcestershire two days a week - Monday and Tuesday.
