As a Retrofit Coordinator, you'll manage and oversee domestic and non-domestic retrofit projects, ensuring they are safe, high-quality, and efficient. You'll work closely with our assessors, designers, and contractors to deliver outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical and process risks in retrofit projects.
  • Oversee retrofit projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Advise on non-domestic retrofit projects.
  • Raise client awareness and contribute to staff development.
  • Conduct property assessments and develop retrofit strategies.
  • Support procurement, supervision, and evaluation of retrofit works.
  • Assist with grant applications and provide tenant energy advice.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in retrofit coordination.
  • Construction qualification (e.g., surveying) preferred but not required.
  • Consultancy experience and/or background in public sector housing.
  • Proficiency in energy efficiency modeling software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
