Role: Marketing Lead - with a specialism in GTM/lead generation/customer acquisition

Location: Hybrid working, working from London (E11) location 1-2 days per week


We are actively seeking a seasoned Marketing Lead for a small yet impactful Certified B Corp business with ambitious goals in combating e-waste and expanding its footprint.


Collaborating closely with the Founder and leadership team, we are seeking a self-motivated individual capable of thriving in an autonomous role. The business is embarking on a significant period of growth and this position offers a unique opportunity to shape its' future and make a meaningful difference.


In this role, you will lead the marketing efforts, driving strategies to elevate brand presence, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. You will play a key role in amplifying the impact made in the community and advancing the mission of sustainability and digital inclusion.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity and commercial success of the business. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with the core business objectives, with a focus on brand building, lead generation, and impact reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for storytelling, and a proven track record in B2B marketing and lead generation within high growth businesses.



Your experience:

  • Significant B2B marketing experience, preferably from within a fast paced, high growth business.
  • You will have a track record of driving the growth of businesses of an early stage business from little traction to significant growth.
  • You will be well versed in gaining new customers from within an enterprise sales environment.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in content creation, lead generation and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to articulate enterprise solutions and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Passion for brand building and driving commercial growth.
  • Ideally you will have experience of growing/leading a small team.
