Key Accountabilities:


You will be leading and supporting on legal and regulatory matters throughout, focussing on UK, Ireland and EMEA Consumer and Personal insurance businesses.


Responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the Senior Regional Legal Counsel and Consumer Regional Legal Counsel on all complex matters.
  • B2B Partnership and project implementation;
  • Structuring compliant distribution deals;
  • Drafting/negotiating agreements, focussing on distribution and other regulated insurance-related agreements.
  • Providing advice on relevant legislation and regulation, focussing on Consumer insurance distribution.
  • The instruction of external counsel.


About you

  • At least 3-4 years of PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Insurance-focused background with Product and Distribution experience.
  • Strong team player but also able to work independently and be accountable for your own projects.
