This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Façade Consultant to join a team of specialists focusing on heritage projects. The role requires a solid understanding of the principles of historical preservation and architectural facades. You will have experience in modern methods of construction, façade design, specification, report writing, site surveys and condition reports. Effective communication is essential to able to coordinate and lead client and design team meetings.
ROLE:
Utilise your expertise to ensure the conservation of historical Facades.
Provide Analysts on the condition of façades on heritage buildings.
Be able to develop innovative and sustainable façade solutions.
Create and update CAD drawings for façade designs.
Work with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to improve façade performance.
Writing reports in line with RIBA Plan of Works for the required façade typologies.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
You will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in either Architecture or Engineering.
Have experience in heritage preservation and masonry facades.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
Passionate about the built environment
