The Role


Working in one of the premier Corporate Renewable teams in the UK, you will have the opportunity to support some of the largest energy acquisition projects in the sector.


As part of this prestigious team, you will get stuck into a range of corporate work, including M&A buyouts, joint ventures, restructurings, strategic investments and more. Stimulating and fulfilling, your work will expose you to businesses across the spectrum of technologies shaping the clean energy landscape.


The team has a clear and quick progression pathway, and you will be supported by leading Partners to develop your skills and knowledge as you progress in your career. You will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in the growing renewable energy sector with a team renowned for developing rising legal stars.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an experienced Corporate lawyer with energy expertise.
  • Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with large clients
