Role Overview:


As a Senior Tax and Regulatory Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the client's accounting, tax, and regulatory processes meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing VAT and corporation tax returns, managing transfer pricing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


- Prepare and reconcile VAT and corporation tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.

- Manage transfer pricing journals and update cost and revenue allocation models.

- Prepare regulatory returns and monitor the firm’s capital position.

- Support audit processes and assist with dividend calculations.


Qualifications:


- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years in asset management.

- Expertise in VAT rules, UK corporation tax, and transfer pricing.

- Familiarity with FCA and CBI regulatory returns.

- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
