· Maintains databases and filing electronic/hard copy records

· Administer and develop the EHSS hub

· Arrange EHSS training with internal and external providers

· Arrange and manage appointments for Occupational Health & face-fit testing

· Organise EHSS supplies e.g. First aid supplies, safety signs, etc.

· Contribute to EHSS team projects and initiatives

· Maintain shared email inbox and calendar

· Arrange meetings and taking notes/minutes as required

Key requirements:

· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

· Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

· Demonstrates ability to solve complex problems and meet project goals in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

· Displays excellent attention to detail with documentation and communications

· Demonstrates excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Able to handle confidential information and personal data responsibly

· Fluency in English essential
