A private equity backed, fast growing industrial property company is looking to hire a Capital Markets Analyst to join their growing debt team. The company owns a diversified portfolio of properties across the UK and has significant growth ambitions; expecting to rapidly increase the size of their portfolio over the coming years.

The Capital Markets Analyst will focus on supporting the delivery of new debt to support business growth together with the management of existing debt facilities. You will report into the Capital Markets Manager and will work closely with the finance, asset management and acquisitions team to manage overall liquidity and drawdowns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage bank reporting and compliance, ensuring it is delivered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist in the management of refinancing and new debt
  • Manage the preparation of materials and cash flows to support new debt/refinancing
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the loans
  • Manage and respond to lender requests in a timely manner
  • Cash flow modelling and analysis
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partnerships that facilitate the smooth running of the debt process


Skills:


  • Circa 3 years experience in an analytical role
  • UK Real Estate debt knowledge with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong microsoft office skills with a particular emphasis on excel
  • A good understanding of debt capital markets
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
