Hotel Events Co- Ordinator

We are currently looking for a Events Coordinator for a lovely 4* hotel in Frensham near Farnham. The team are responsible for managing all aspects of events in the hotel. Maintaining consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a work environment that supports organisational values. Ensuring the smooth running of all event bookings from initial enquiry through to final accounting, providing a consistent first-class standard of service to all customers through the dedicated implementation of the departmental SOP standards.

The Perks

The Place
A picturesque 4-star hotel in Frensham with 53 bedrooms, busy hotel restaurant, bar lounge and conference facilities. They have a modern European casual dining restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as afternoon teas. The Person

The ideal Events Coordinator will have the following:
  • Experience in an office role within a hotel
  • Computer literate
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for the industry
  • A real people person and a good team player but with the ability to show initiative and work on your own.
  • A good clear telephone voice with excellent spoken & written English and good administration skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a professional manner
